Can I use the template for multiple websites?Yes — once you purchase a template, you’re welcome to use it multiple times for your own personal or business websites. However, if you’re using the template for a client project, each client site requires its own license (one purchase per client).

What do I do if I need a feature that isn't included in the template?If you find that your chosen template lacks a specific feature you need, we're here to help. You can reach out to us for customization support. Please note that additional costs may apply for custom features. Alternatively, you can consult the extensive Wix App Market for plugins and add-ons that extend the functionality of your website.

Do I need to know code to use this template?Nope. Wix Studio and Wix Editor are 100% drag-and-drop. You’ll be moving things around like digital puzzle pieces, no coding required.

Can I customize the templates on my own?Absolutely. Every element of your template is customizable, fonts, colors, photos, buttons, layouts.

Do the templates come with photos?Most demo photos are placeholders (so you can see the vibe). We recommend swapping them for your brand photos or stock images that feel authentic to your business.

How soon do I get my template?Your template transfer is usually sent within 24–48 hours of purchase. Once the Wix transfer email hits your inbox and you accept it, the site will show up in your account, ready to customize. If you don’t see it within that window, just email us at s.panton@joadesigns.com and we’ll get it over to you.

Will my site work on mobile?Yes! Every template is optimized for mobile and tablet. You can also tweak the mobile layout inside Wix Studio if you want finer control.

Are there any recurring fees for using a Wix template?No, our templates require only a one-time purchase fee from JOA. However, Wix has subscription fees for using their platform, which you need to maintain to keep your site active.

What’s the difference between Wix Studio and Wix Editor templates?Wix Studio is the new pro-level platform (with more design control + advanced features). Wix Editor is beginner-friendly but still powerful. If you’re buying a Studio template, you’ll also get our Website in a Week course free, a step-by-step guide to customizing and launching in just 7 days.

I didn’t receive my Canva templates — what now?Your Canva purchase comes with a PDF that contains a “Use Template” link. That’s how you unlock and copy the design into your Canva account. If you didn’t receive the PDF within a few minutes of purchase, first check your Spam or Promotions folder. Still not there? Email us directly at s.panton@joadesigns.com with your order info, and we’ll send it over.

Do I need Canva Pro to use your templates?Not always. Some of our designs work with the free version of Canva. If a template includes Pro-only fonts, elements, or images, we’ll flag it in the product description so there are no surprises. You can always swap out those element if you are using a free account.

How do I access my Canva template after purchase?Every Canva product comes with a PDF that includes a magic “Use Template” link. Click it, log into Canva, and the template is instantly copied into your account. From there, it’s yours to customize.

Can I change everything in the template?Yes. Fonts, colors, images, layouts, swap it all. Our templates are meant to flex around your brand, not box you in.

What if I’m brand new to Canva?No problem. Canva is designed for beginners, and our templates are intentionally user-friendly. Just drag, drop, and type, you’ll be designing like a pro in no time.

Can I share or resell your templates?Nope. Your purchase is for your personal or business use only. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing the template files is not allowed.

I didn't receive my order. Help?Don't panic, here’s how it works: Wix Templates → You’ll get a transfer email within 24–48 hours of purchase. If it doesn’t arrive by then, email us at s.panton@joadesigns.com and we’ll send it over. Canva Templates → You’ll get instant access via a PDF with a “Use Template” link right after checkout. If it hasn’t shown up within 30 minutes, email us at s.panton@joadesigns.com and we’ll resend it.
